Frequently Asked Questions
If you are buying an NFA firearm, such as a machinegun, you will receive the exact weapon pictured. If it is not an NFA firearm, you will receive a like kind product that has been ordered new from the manufacturer. If there are any irregularities with the item ordered, please email the issue along with pictures to y@proton.me and we work with you to fulfill your expectations.
Upon purchase a receipt will be generated for you to view. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged if you cancel a custom item that has already been ordered.
We periodically restock basic items and accessories. Please send us an email at y@proton.me to order all commonly available items.
In order to arrange a purchase please first reach out to us at y@proton.me and we can coordinate with other FFLs to have your item shipped to us. Please keep in mind that we do charge a $40 transfer fee and a $100 NFA transfer fee per item.
